Certification of sustainable forest management, also known as certification, is a tool to promote sustainable forest management by using market mechanism, referred to as forest certification. Forest certification includes two basic contents: forest management certification and production and marketing supervision chain certification. Forest management certification is based on a series of principles, standards and indicators, in accordance with the prescribed and recognized procedures for the certification of forest management performance, and the production and marketing supervision chain certification is the certification of all production links of wood processing enterprises, that is, the whole chain from log transportation, processing, circulation to the final consumer. Forest certification is carried out by an independent third party to ensure the fairness and transparency of certification.

Forest Management Committee(FSC?)is an independent, non-profit non-governmental organization which aims to promote environmentally friendly, socially beneficial and economically viable forest management worldwide. FSC is an international organization that provides voluntary recognition and independent third-party certification systems.

4、 Certification method and scope
The company is the organizer of the joint certification, and the community is the member of the consortium. The area of the certification is 4909.95 hectares, including 4 townships and 177 villages of the community.
5、 Responsibilities, rights and obligations of consortium members
Any unit or individual with forest land management right and use right can join the forest joint certification voluntarily and sign the certification agreement with the company, and then they can be members of the consortium. The members who sign the agreement are responsible for assisting the company in training and supervising the farmers who join the village.
It is agreed to manage forest according to FSC? Requirements, receive training from the consortium, supervise and inspect the consortium and certification body, and rectify the non conformity items proposed by the consortium and certification body.
6、 Special requirements for forest management
? Forest management according to FSC? Requirements will not change the management right and use right of forest land;
? Pay attention to environmental sanitation, do not litter in the forest land;
? In the process of forest management, attention should be paid to the protection of rivers, reservoirs and fish ponds to avoid pollution and damage;
? Protect the wild animals and plants in the forest, protect the biodiversity, and avoid indiscriminate hunting;
? Under the guidance of the forestry bureau, pest control should be carried out, environmental protection should be paid attention to, and FSC prohibited drugs should be prohibited;
? Cutting with license, retaining tree cutting license, transportation license, etc;
? The use of genetically modified species and seedlings for reforestation is prohibited;
? Comply with the health and safety requirements of the consortium, and wear corresponding safety protection equipment when engaging in cutting and other dangerous operations;
